Dedications

1.Gdao! (Note: Gdao is a slang used widely by my ex-housemates when I was staying in Ss22, namely, Fadhil, Fung, Chik Seng, Aik Honn and Peter. It can be used as a greeting like ‘hi’ or as a derogatory remark like a ‘homosexual person’. How it came to place though, I myself do not know)

Fung @ Jason was interested to know about the changes in the college that I mentioned in my earlier posting. Therefore, I have included a few photographs to show the massive face lift undertaken thus far by our former college. As you can see guys, they now have a very G (which roughly translates to ‘disgusting’ in English or ‘menjijikan’ in Bahasa Malaysia) colour as their coat. Furthermore, the bursary has also been upgraded, although the service isn’t yet on par with reasonable standards! The staff room is also refurbished into a much more decent looking place for the lecturers. However, it has to be said that the new room while providing more comfort to our hardworking lecturers, is also causing a much unwanted bureaucratic problem. Now we have to stand outside the room and make a phone call to the lecturers to get them out or alternatively to get their permission to get into the room before any discussion can take place. Sigh… (if anyone knows of anymore changes they are welcomed to comment).

2.My deepest condolences to Ms. Joyce Lai for the loss of her mother who succumbed to cancer. I would just like to remind her that she is a dear friend to all who know her and we pray that she and her family has the strength and fortitude to live through this sad period. Again, my heartfelt sympathies!
