AWOL

Sorry I have been AWOL for so long. Well, I have to say that I have been awfully busy with all kinds of unrelated matters like applying for mini-pupillages(in the process securing referees n etc), studying and preparing for my seminars/tutorials, which never seem to be adequately prepared no matter how much time I spend on it, while doing my daily survival necessities...ie the one of premium importance, buying grocery n cooking.

The lectures here move at a really fast pace...it is simply incredible how fast a lecturer speeds of chapters after chapters. There is simply no time at all to let ur mind wander in class or u will juz realise tht the intellectual train has juz left the station. To my dismay, I'm finding it difficult to cope with such rigours. I'm built for consistency not mobility and speed. Sigh...I will juz have to find ways to adapt then.

The application for mini-pupillages have taken a lot of time too. But, finally I have managed to send in 2 applications to chambers in London. Hopefully, I will strike the lottery here! An anual wage for a pupil is about 35,000 quid at a London Chamber. Handsome is it not?

Well, in passing notice though, there are 2 things worth mentioning:

1. I FINALLY got football tickets. They are to watch the England U-21's v France U-21's at White Hart Lane!! WoooHooo!!!

2. My heartfelt condolences to the PM and his family for their bereavement!
