Phew~
What a feeling!!!
It is has been a totally busy period in time for me. Thus, I have not been able to update my blog as frequently as I would have liked. Besides spending my time arduously through hours of tutorial preparation in addition to spending eye-wrenching hours on the computer to complete my coursework, I have also been busy reading other bloggers' work.
Well, on my part, life has been eventful to say the least. I have gotten a place at ICSL to do my BVC. Obviously this is an opportunity of a lifetime since ICSL is a premier provider of the BVC course who have produced a respectable roll of former pupils such Lord Bingham, Lord Goff and Lord Hoffman as well as Tony Blair and Margaret Thatcher. Luckily for us at Brookes, 3 of us were fortunate enough to be offered places for a BVC. My congratulations to my learned friends Weng and also Jamie for also making the grade! I remembered not too long ago, some would have considered us 'foolhardy' to have undertaken this course at OBU when we could have done it at other universities which provided the BVC. Well, fortunately, we have proven some of them wrong. Anything is possible with hard work and perseverance, is it not?
Now the debate on whether I should take the CLP/BVC will surely heat up. But, rather than indulge in such mundain matters. Let's divert our attention to something more pleasant.
Tomorrow, AGAIN, I'm taking a lil' time off from my hectic schedule for a trip to Stonehenge, Salisbury and Avebury. Perhaps, if I'm lucky enough I may find some time to post some pics here. However, I have made a 'few' picture galleries for your enjoyment! I shall include a link on the sidebar so keep checking it for new updates!
See you guys soon!

Whoa..life sure seems fun for you, and you have plentiful of time for more fun i.e. travelling.
Seriously, many law students give me the impression that the course is relaxing.
Ok, I'm green with envy now..
Haha...ur nick looks familiar...ur a former kdu student eh?
Well do intro and welcome here anyway!
On your observation, I would believe that a mere deduction from a blog cannot be sufficiently accurate.
I reckon if I would rate my own personality, I would perhaps view myself as a person closer to a pessimist than an optimist. Yet, I find that living your life or having fun is a matter of perspective.
Perhaps, I do have fun. But, I think life does not spare me of its ups and downs.
On your 2nd point about the law course being 'relaxing', I'm not too sure how other law students would view that statement, but, I think that it is quite an onerous course. I guess going for trips occasionally is a tough balancing act considering that on one end is having a lil' fun and on the other is delving urself into endless shelves of law journals to the point of insanity. Or, I guess you could accuse me of being a poor law student. :P
Anyway, don't envy for then u make urself miserable. Rather find other stuff in life to cheer u up!!
Noperz, I ain't a kdu student. Prefer to remain anonymous.
Im studying pharmacy up north which the weather is seriously nuts, because it's snowing as I type this. It's March..ahh..
Hmm..you made a few good points. I observed too early I guess :)
Oh, since travelling appeals to me, I head to Oxford and find you lah. Lol. What's nice there?
Find me?So we know each other eh? Well perfectly well to remain anonymous, but, if you are going to find me I would prefer some details of your identity first. No harm being too safe eh? Too many crazy ala 'basic instinct' gals these days. :)
Hmm...what's appealing in Oxford? U mean what is appealing besides me?LOL. Well luv, u have the Oxford Uni of course and the Blenheim Palace. Basically it is just one big uni. town!
Some fine day, you should make a trip all the way south to the Isle of Wight (take the hovercraft from Southampton). Plan to stay a night at a B&B so you have lots of time to walk around, etc. Go all the way to the tip of the island and see the Needles. Many many years ago, when dinosaurs still roamed the earth, I left my heart at the Isle of Wight.
Sigh...I HAD a housemate from the Isle of Wight. But, he told me it is a waste of my money to go there coz there ain't anything worth seeing.
So I may just go to Barcelona instead during Easter to soothe my dissapointment.LOL.
Lol, nop. I don't know you. Don't worry, I'm not the 'basic instinct' kinda gurl. I scrutinise before I make a move lah.
UK is more or less the same I suppose. HEY, Barcelona sounds great during Easter! How about Amsterdam? You get to see tulips in full bloom. Rome is pretty good too. For soothing your dissapointment, head over to Bay of Naples (remember The Lotus Eater we studied back in sch days?)
The furthest I'll go is probably London to pay a visit to hospitals this Easter. Gah, how can I not envy you?
*walking off grumbling why I have a summer placement...*
LOL. Don't envy me. Well, if it makes u feel better I could be going bck to Msia in June FOR GOOD. So, U still have more time to move around and explore.
You scrutinise b4 u make a move for what?Hehe...I need to 'scrutinise' u la.LOL. Since you are the one coming. :P
