VISIT US....WE R TRULY UNIQUE

Just the other day, a friend of mine told me she wanted to go to Thailand for a holiday. I asked her why not visit Malaysia instead as in my mind Malaysia has more to offer. After thinking it through, besides the beautiful historical buildings in Melaka (which may not be so historical for too long when a modern tower spurts out beside them), the modern shopping malls of KL and the amazing beaches of Redang Island we have so much more to offer then our neighbours to the north, don’t we?

Do they have Mat Rempits terrorizing their road users?

Do they have one of the highest fatalities in road accidents? Now just look at that! We memang BOLEH. For just yesterday, I was almost run down by a car at Brickfields while crossing the road from KL Sentral. I was walking on the zebra crossing and the green pedestrian lights were flicking madly, I could still make it (I thought) until a crazy driver decided to speed through against the red light almost killing me in the process. Fishtail was right. No one cares about zebra crossings here. We already know that most drivers in Malaysia are colour blind too.

Furthermore, I will have to warn her to wear jeans so that our CCTVs will not focus on her pretty legs. You just never know how ‘she could be asking’ for it! I may also try to bring her to Istana Datuk Z, heard that was pretty beautiful too!

I wonder whether I could put her up at one of those councilor bungalows in Shah Alam. I heard not many of those are occupied and one of the councilors actually made his house into a guest house!

Are there anymore ways of enticing my beautiful English friend to Malaysia? Do let me know!
